• Confirmation of Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting (2010)
  • Presentation of the Annual Financial Report (see report attached)
  • Election of Office Bearers
  • Award of Special Services or Life Membership
  • To deal with any other business of which due notice has been given (no business papers received)
