The Shellharbour Swans website will be an interactive website for use by guests (family and friends), members, coaches and the committee. For this reason we ask that you take the time to register to allow you access to the areas of interest to you.

The Club takes very seriously its obligations to care for the members, families and in particular the children involved in this great sport. For these reasons access to sensitive areas such as the membership and committee areas are restricted. As an example photos of the children involved in our junior AFL activities will only be displayed on the website if the parent/guardian has authorised it and the photos will only be available in the secured membership area of the website.

Players and their families are invited to advise the Club of other family members (Grandparents for example) that can be registered as guest, with the Club member's confirmation, so they can also view your photos etc in the membership section.

  Family Name This is a unique identification name for the website. If you need to enter 2 or more with the same Family name you will need to use a numeral or letter as well eg Jones then Jones1 or JonesM
  Password Any number of characters and/or numbers up to max 9
  Access Level Should be Committee, Coach, Member or Guest. If a Guest please also note the player or family you are associated with
  E-Mail contact For confirmation of access level and Club Bulletins
     

Once registered your information will be assessed and an email forwarded to confirm you access level
